We loved our stay, especially being just steps away from the heart of downtown Jackson! The kids enjoyed the cozy vibe and the opportunity to explore trails like the Wildflower Trail. Everything was clean and comfy, making our family trip a blast!

In my wife’s opinion, more soundproofing would help with the noise from nearby guests at night.

The Cache House had a charming decor that felt both modern and inviting. I appreciated the many clean and private bathrooms, which made it easy for me to navigate without feeling rushed. The lockers made storage a breeze!

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Unbeatable price and excellent value for what you get. The hostels’ shower and toilet facilities are impressively clean and well organized, providing a nice level of privacy with curtains around the bunk beds. A little tricky to locate at first, nestled beneath the Anvil hotel, but once you’re in, the comfort and shared areas make for a pleasant stay. Homemade pastries available add a nice personal touch to the experience.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Bunk Bed Mixed Dormitory Room and absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly vibe. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch after a long day of exploring. However, I felt there could be more seating in the common areas for guests to gather.

Had an awesome time with my group of friends! It was so close to downtown, and we loved checking out the historic town square and taking the START Bus to the ski resort. The facilities were clean and the bunks were super comfy. Perfect for hanging out after a day of hiking the Wildflower Trail.

We had a frustrating experience with the lockers. One got stuck with our stuff inside, and it took hours for staff to help us out. We missed our planned activities that day because of it, which was disappointing.
